While it would give us great satisfaction and peace of mind knowing that you are happy with your purchase, we do know that sometimes things don’t always work out according to the best made plans.

We take all measures to ensure that each item that is dispatched from our premises is undamaged and meets the size and description according to you order. We also package the products to ensure that they arrive safely, from our door to yours.

For your convenience we have a clothing size guideline to that will assist in ordering the correct size of the item. Should you, upon receipt of any item, not be satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately at info@IAMChirtsian.co.za .

Our Return and Refund Policy is as follows:

Exchanges:

If the item of clothing that you ordered is the incorrect size, we will happily exchange this for the same item but in the required size – please always refer to the size chart before confirming your order.

Please note, however, that courier costs for the return of the existing item as well as the resending of the replacement item will be for your own account and responsibility for payment thereof will be yours.

You can either arrange your own courier or you can request I AM Christian to arrange the collection and reshipping of the exchanged item – for the latter, we require the courier fees to reflect in our account prior to any shipment taking place.

Refunds:

All efforts are made to protect our goods during transit, and we trust that they will arrive safely at your premises. However, should there be a delivery where goods are damaged during the shipping phase, we request immediate notification thereof along with photos of the damaged items. Once we receive the damaged item back from you , it will undergo an inspection along with review with the courier company before a decision to refund is made.

Returns:

Any item that you wish to return should be in an unused and unwashed condition and in its original packaging. Please notify us within 7 days of the details of the faulty item, in writing at info@IAMChristian.co.za  along with accompanying photos. Please also provide the proof of purchase when returning the item.

Courier fee for the returning of items will be at your cost.

NO REFUNDS OF ANY COURIER COSTS PERTAINING TO ANY RETURNED / EXCHANGED ITEM WILL BE MADE.
